General Information
What is your processing time?
Our Ready to Ship items (RTS) will ship out the first Friday after your order is placed.
Our Personalized items has a longer processing time. Your order will be placed and then take up to 20 business days to be completed and shipped out to you. Please plan accordingly.
I do work as quickly as possible to get your personalized items to your home without taking away from the quality.
How do I create an account?
You will click the icon that looks like a person on the top right hand side of the page. It will be between the search button and your cart.
Product Information
I see you refer to One of a kind (OOAK). What does that mean?
One of a kind (OOAK) is referring to how some of our products here on the website are made.
What that means is we upcycle/recycle/reused old clothing or items to repurpose into something new and fun. With that said, there is a very limited supply of each product and cannot be recreated. They will all be first come first served.
Please refer to our "One of a Kind" Collection to see all of our OOAK items.
All used items are washed/cleaned before repurposing into something new.
Are your items handmade?
We handmake all our wooden laser cut signs here in our small town. You may also see some gnomes that I hand make myself as well.
All of our candles are made from a small business in Wisconsin and we purchase wholesale.
Our greenery, resin, and ceramic items are all wholesale products.
Can your wood products be displayed outside?
Even though our wood products do have a protective coat on them, they are recommended for indoor use only, unless we specifically state that it can be used outdoors. Each product here at Barn & Brush Co. is made with quality in mind and made to be displayed indoors only.
What do you use to weigh down your gnomes?
We strive for excellent quality. To keep up to that standard, we only use plastic poly pellets to keep our gnomes weighted down. Poly pellets are made from 100% polypropylene are considered a safe level 5 plastic.
With using plastic poly pellets, there are no worries about bugs or pests nibbling there way into the inside of your gnome.
Are your gnomes safe for my children/pets to play with?
Everything offered here at Barn & Brush Co. are to be used for decoration purposes only.
We strive to make our products as safe as possible. We hand sew the gnome noses onto the bodies so they are not easily pulled off. Even though we strive to make everything as safe as possible, we still do not recommend using gnomes for toys and to be used for decoration purposes only.
Shipping/Pickup Information
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we do offer local pickup. We are located in DuBois, Pennsylvania. At checkout, just select the local pickup option. You will receive an email when you order is ready to pickup.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we do! We ship to Canada.
What company do you use for shipping?
We ship through USPS First Class or Priority. If you would like your order to be shipped through another carrier, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make arrangements.

When will my order ship?
Anything in the Ready to ship album will ship out the Friday after your purchase.
Example:
-If you purchase Saturday through Thursday - your order will ship out on that Friday (as long as it does not include personalized items or Rustic Trucks)
-If you purchase on Friday, your order will not ship out until the following Friday (as long as it does not include personalized items or Rustic Trucks).
